ISLAND LEADERSHIP
CFI aims to identify and nurture the next generation of Island Leaders. The Leadership Sanibel-Captiva Program is one such initiative launching each January. Learn more 2025 Leadership Brochure. COLLABORATION
Strengthening the nonprofit sector is at the forefront of our collaboration efforts. CFI also engages and coordinates coalitions and cross-sector collaborations to identify community solutions. Examples of our work include Economic Revitalization, Positive Aging Initiative and 100+ Women Who Care.

38 Small Businesses Receive Support from SanCap Recovery Fund
The Charitable Foundation of the Islands announced $215,000 has been distributed from the Sanibel Captiva Recovery Fund for 38 small businesses as of April 15, 2025.
