Sales Coordinator
Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on Sanibel Island, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales team in one of Florida’s most beautiful beachfront resorts.
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Sales and Catering team to ensure smooth daily operations

Serve as the primary communication hub for the Sales department, coordinating information internally and externally with clients, vendors, and between departments

Respond to phone and email inquiries, gather client details, and maintain detailed inquiry logs for weddings, groups, and events

Maintain accurate sales, group, and event information in sales databases and property management systems

Prepare, distribute, and manage group resumes, BEOs, rooming lists, event calendars, and master event tracking documents

Attend and support group pickup meetings, BEO meetings, and internal coordination meetings

Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, weekly reporting, and deadline tracking

Manage in-house meeting requests and coordinate space blocking

Maintain organized sales files, vendor lists, and department records

Support the Sales and Marketing Managers with day-to-day administrative and event-related tasks

Assist with on-site guest, owner, and resort events, including occasional evenings or weekends
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in hospitality or sales support

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accuracy

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
