Must enjoy customer service and helping visitors and have an appreciation for nature, conservation and wildlife. Must also be able to operate a basic cash register and credit card processing machine. Tarpon Bay Explorers is looking for a full or part time Ramp Professional. Tarpon Bay Explorers is the concession to the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island. The company provides eco tours and rentals for the Refuge. Duties of a Ramp Professional includes helping visitors with rental equipment including Kayaks, Paddleboards, Bikes and Pontoon boats. Strong customer service experience is needed to help visitors with all information regarding Refuge areas and activities.
